3.1 Age Requirement

Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Balances forfeited, and all associated transactions reversed where practicable.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. 3.3 Capacity and Competence

By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, in your personal capacity, and not as an agent for third party. You further confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered Account on Boga88. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including their legal full name, valid email address, Malaysian mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Boga88 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and advises against sharing your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify Boga88 immediately via the live chat or email at [email protected].

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Boga88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC requests may be triggered during Account registration, prior to first withdrawal, following large or unusual transactions, or at the Operator's reasonable discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and witholding of withdrawal requests.

5.1 Platform Access

Access to the Boga88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or section of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to any Player. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or third-party service interruptions does not constitute grounds for compensation.

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Boga88 Platform solely for lawful recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial or professional gambling purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics;
• Upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code to the Platform.

5.3 Third-Party Services

Certain features of the Boga88 Platform, including payment processing and game provision, rely on third-party service providers. Boga88 is not liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of services caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to payment gateways processing Touch'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank transactions.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Boga88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Credit and Debit Cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All Account balances are held and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are generally credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and are typically credited within 15–30 minutes depending on network conditions.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus funds; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used for the corresponding funds. Boga88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. 6.4 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Boga88 will not process withdrawals to accounts where ownership cannot be verified.

6.5 No Money Laundering

The Boga88 Platform must not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without placing genuine wagers is prohibited. Boga88 reserves the right to investigate, withold, or report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Boga88 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new Players registering their first Account on Boga88. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus under multiple accounts or identities constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account termination.

7.4 Crypto Deposit Bonus

Players who deposit using qualifying cryptocurrency methods (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) may be eligible for an additional 2% crypto deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit, subject to applicable wagering requirements. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this bonus at any time.

7.5 Birthday & Referal Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Players based on their registered date of birth and VIP tier level. 8.1 Game Fairness

8.4 Maximum Winings

Boga88 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, sessions, or accumulated winnings within a specified period. Where applicable, maximum winning limits will be communicated to Players before confirmation of the relevant wager. The Operator reserves the right to enforce applicable payout caps without notice.

11.1 Operator's Right to Suspend

Boga88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (b) a Player breaches these Terms; (c) a Player provides false KYC documentation; (d) a Player is found to be under the age of 21; or (e) continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to the Operator's responsible gambling obligations.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting Boga88 via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, Boga88 reserves the right to withold any Balance attributable to bonus funds, winings derived from prohibited conduct, or funds associated with fraudulent activity. Real-money deposits not otherwise forfeitable will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

All content, branding, software, game logic, design elements, graphics, text, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or comprising the Boga88 Platform are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Boga88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
